Theres a English Bookstore all about English teaching materials. The store is a decent size, slightly bigger SF than What the Book. Overall, there was alot of material for elementary school and study materials for the myriad of English proficiency tests.

Incheon Subway line, 예술회관역/Art Center Station, Exit 4
To the left of the TGI Friday's on the far end of the same building you will see a small sign for the bookstore. Just walk down the stairs to B1 and ta-da!
