How did I spend winter vacation?

Winter break is about to end... Sadness. Per my contract I'm obligated to come to school even though there are no classes. Depending on the schedule two other teachers also come in to man the office. Some combination of the principal, vice principal and head teacher usually show up as well. Every morning by 9am a group of pre-assigned students come in to clean the office and hallway.

So what do I do in the office...? (Not answer the phone that's for sure unless there is absolutely NO one else in the office.) Well, I do some advance lesson planning for the upcoming school year by compiling classroom activities. I also set aside some time to do my daily dose of Korean reading.

For lunch we order take out (Korean or Chinese). Alot of the times we order Korean but once in a while we have Chinese... Here is 잡채비빈밥 (Chappchae Bibimbapp) Yeah, its alot of food but no one ever wants to go halfies on anything...
